Services
CyberAwarePoint provides instructor-led and on-demand IT security training services ("Services"). By enrolling in a Service, you agree to pay all applicable fees and abide by these terms.
Information Products
Our digital resources, including e-books, guides, and recorded courses ("Information Products"), are delivered via electronic download or streaming access upon purchase.
Physical Goods
CyberAwarePoint may offer branded merchandise or hardware ("Goods") that are shipped to your specified address.
Fees and Payment
All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars and are payable at the time of purchase. Payment must be completed to access Services, Information Products, or receive Goods.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
IT Security Courses Services
Cancellations made at least 7 days before a scheduled session qualify for a full refund of fees. Requests must be submitted via our contact form. Cancellations within 7 days are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred to a future session within 12 months at no extra charge. If CyberAwarePoint cancels a session, you will receive a full refund of fees issued by the original payment method within 14 business days or may choose to transfer to another session.
Information Products
You may request a refund of fees for Information Products within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed or downloaded the content. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Once access has been granted or a download initiated, all sales are final due to the digital nature of the product.
Physical Goods
Merchandise or hardware purchased from CyberAwarePoint can be sent back in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. To begin this process, submit a request via our contact form. Upon receipt and inspection of the sent-back item, a refund of fees, less shipping and handling charges, will be issued via the original payment method within 14 business days. The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for refunds due to their unique nature.
No-Refund Services
Certain bespoke or specialized security consulting services are explicitly non-refundable due to resource allocation and scheduling. These include on-site assessments and custom training packages. When purchasing such services, you acknowledge acceptance of a no-refund policy.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our offerings constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
